1 Burrata Cheese | |
200gms cherry tomatoes | |
3tbsp olive oil (good quality) | |
Salt to taste | |
2 cloves garlic, chopped |
For the tempering / Tadka
5 clove garlic, chopped | |
2tbsp Olive Oil | |
10 curry leaves | |
1tsp Mustard Seeds | |
3 green chillies, finely chopped (optional) | |
Salt + pepper to taste |
Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper. Wash tomatoes well and pat dry.

Place tomatoes on baking sheet and top with garlic, olive oil and salt + pepper. Mix. Bake for 20 minutes.

Remove from oven and spread the tomatoes on a platter, mix with green chillies. Place the burrata in the centre of the platter.

For tempering

Heat the oil in a small pan, Add in the black mustard seeds and wait for them to crackle. Now add the chopped garlic and curry leaves and cook for a few seconds.

Pour the hot oil on top of the burrata

Serve with some bread or as a salad
