| 20gm butter |
For podi masala
| 160gms unsalted peanuts (without skin) | |
| 1tsp cumin seeds | |
| 1tsp coriander seeds | |
| 5 dried red chillies, broken in half | |
| 10 garlic cloves 8-10 | |
| Salt to taste | |
| 11/2 tsp oil |
