200gms paneer grated | |
4tbsp vegetable oil for cooking | |
1tsp cumin seeds | |
1 large onion finely chopped | |
1tsp fresh ginger grated | |
1tsp fresh garlic grated | |
1 medium tomato chopped | |
1tbsp chaat masala (readymade) | |
1tsp garam masala powder | |
4tbsp coriander leaves chopped | |
Salt to taste | |
2tbsp lime juice |
To Serve
Bruschetta bread or baguette | |
toasted or chilli tomato sauce | |
Coriander chutney / Dhania chutney (optional) |
Directions
1.
Heat oil in pan, add the cumin seeds, and add the onions when they start popping.
Mark as complete

Sauté the onions until golden brown.
Mark as complete

Add the grated ginger and garlic and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes

Now add the tomatoes, salt, and cook for 2-3 minutes on medium heat.

Lower the heat, add the grated paneer, cover and cook on low heat for 4 minutes

Add the chaat masala and garam masala powders the end of the cooking. Add lime juice and garnish with coriander leaves

To Serve
Toast the baguette or grill the bruschetta
Spread the coriander chutney or chilli tomato sauce
Top with the paneer mix
