I tried this first on my trip to Milan earlier this summer . I made it again once I got back and added couple of more ingredients to add the Radikal touch.
Recipe is easy peasy – takes less than 5 minutes to assemble
Mozarella cheese- 2 blocks. Cut into bite size pieces
Sesame seeds toasted- 2 tablespoons ( mix of brown and black sesame seeds); sprinkle on top
Spring onions – finely chopped ( sprinkle on top)
Drizzle of olive oil and Balsamic vinegar creme
